1. Account Registration and User Responsibilities: a. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. c. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights: a. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned or licensed by Thulo.Com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Thulo.Com.

3. Prohibited Conduct: a. You agree not to engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

   • Violating any laws or regulations.

   • Uploading or transmitting malicious code or viruses. b. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct.

4. Payments and Billing: a. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform. Payments will be processed according to the terms specified during the subscription process. b. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.

10. Modifications: Thulo.Com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
